Quite day so far

Not much to report today.  I'm feeling pretty good today, pain seems to be under control as well as it can be.  I've been sleeping ok and eating well.  I will admit I am getting bored just sitting at home, I think I need a hobby.  I would be happy for suggestions as long as they don't include reading, knitting or netflix.  I think I might go out with Vic tonight and do something. I am still toxic so I have to stay away from crowds but anything beats sitting at home.  Keep the prayers coming!!

  1. That's funny those 3 suggestions were the ones on my list;) what about a puzzle? Or you could make a cookbook with your favorite recipes? Today looks not so rainy and not awfully cold yet...hope you can get out for a walk! Praying every day and getting excited to see you guys so soon for Christmas. :)

  2. Ohh nice idea Ali...if you want to write a cookbook for all us helpless cooks, that would be great! I volunteer to go find a fancy notebook for you to write them in :) Love u xox

  3. The hot new way to combat boredom is . . . beading!! According to beadage.net, it's "fun AND painless." Now there's a great hobby for you. Or, you could get an early Christmas present of an iPad 2. Between apps and videos and music and podcasts, you've got everything. And it's absolutely simple to use.

  4. If only Football had more games. If it was baseball season you could spen 24hrs a day making a great fantasy roster. If you recall Scotty and I tried fantasy fishing which wasnt very exciting despite our excitment! You could have Sam hook you up with call of duty and finally someone could take down those punk 12 year olds that are SO GOOD! I might suggest maybe learn to play piano or a instrument which can be relaxing and fun but also frustrating. Or maybe learn to count cards so when your feeling better you and Vick can Clean out a few casinos :) you are smart enough to do it.
