They did it again
Sammy's Parkside Rangers took #5 in the country Southern Indiana to a 2 point loss. Again another great game, this teams got something!! Sammy played like a rock again and had a big 3 during a strong run. Fun to watch.
You did it again…Chuck, you never cease to amaze me with your humor and wit! Even though you have a rough road ahead of you and the pain you are in each day could make you just want to stay home, you find a way to join us and make us all laugh. During the game last night Vic asks Chuck …“can I get you anything?” and Chuck’s reply was “ah, ya, a new liver!” You and Vic are amazing people to me. The laughing I know lately has turned into crying, but you two have an un-canning way of finding the laughter. Vic has THE BEST LAUGH, it comes from the soul… and you know just how to bring it out of her! Watching the two of you going down this road, that no one wants to travel, I can see God’s fingerprints all over your lives. My mom always said “what comes up in the bucket is what is down in the well”. If there is an ugly side of people it comes out when tragedy strikes. I have seen nothing but God’s grace come from both of you. It is incredibly natural and that is a testament to what God means to you and your relationship with Him. To back that up I will share my final story about last night… We were eating dinner last night (13 of us) and Chuck and Vic leaned over and said “Hey that young girl at the other table is celebrating her birthday, lets sing when her family starts to sing” We all began to sing and embarrassed that young lady enough that I don’t think she will ever forget it! Thinking of others and leaving an impact of joy for someone else…..WOW! Thank you both for sharing your lives with all of us….we are so blessed to have you! MAY GOD BE GRACIOUS TO YOU, MAY HE MAKE HIS FACE SHINE UP ON YOU TODAY AND ALWAYS! Love, Donna Mae xox
